Resources for Educators
Shalom Alliance is a Jewish-led organization that empowers Vermont schools and communities to recognize and respond to antisemitism through education and local partnerships. We offer training for educators, resources for classrooms, and tools to foster inclusive, informed learning environments.
With rising antisemitism, we help educators recognize and address anti-Jewish bias, especially in discussions about Israel and Palestine, where Jewish perspectives are often excluded or misrepresented. When education presents only one lens, it risks marginalizing Jewish voices and creating unsafe environments.
Shalom Alliance provides guidance and support to navigate best practices for educators in these challenging conversations. Shalom Alliance is a resource for educators, students, parents, and concerned citizens to challenge antisemitism and build a more inclusive and informed learning environment. Join us in ensuring that all narratives are valued and that Vermont’s Jewish community has a bright and secure future.
